I’ve been very big on Jonathan Majors’ acting talents — even banging the drums hard for his Oscar-worthy “Magazine Dreams” performance.
So, it really pains me to hear that he was reportedly arrested this weekend on charges of strangulation, assault and harassment. This is the kind of event that can really put a halt on an acting career.
The victim here was female. A source told TMZ that she had “visible injuries” including a laceration behind her ear and marks on her face. She’s still hospitalized, but in stable condition.
Majors’ rep claims “he's done nothing wrong. We look forward to clearing his name and clearing this up."
Marvel boss Kevin Feige banked his next phase of MCU movies on Kang, the villain played by Majors. Phase five of the MCU was supposed to end with two big Avengers instalments, set for release in 2025 and 2026 — with Majors playing the central antagonist in both.

“There’s a particular actor, relatively new on the scene, who Twitter has violently fallen head over heels for who, in actuality, is a vicious, cruel abusive human being, both professionally and his personal life, and every viral thirst tweet about him drives me insane.”
This was more than a month ago. Just a few minutes ago, this same AB Allen confirmed it was Majors they were referring to …
We’re starting to see more people coming out with their own stories about Majors. Here’s another one …
