A major update has been done on the Gold Derby charts. Again, these are fairly accurate rankings and probably the same ten nominees that I would predict as of today, but maybe not in the same order.

Steven Spielberg's “The Fabelmans” added another 335 screens this weekend, it was playing in a little less than 1000 screens, but still managed to dip -7% in its 5th weekend by grossing $1.1M.

There have been rumors that a new full-length trailer is ready to go for Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer.” We already had a teaser released this past summer, but Nolan tends to release lengthier trailers in the month of December.

In case you haven’t heard, Taylor Swift is now a legitimate filmmaker. Swift announced her directorial debut with an original script last week. I didn’t report it because I couldn’t care less about this news.
