When it comes to strange collaborations, this one’s up there.
David Lynch liked Justine Triet’s “Anatomy of A Fall” so much that he’s lent his services to illustrate the annotated edition of the film’s screenplay. The book will be illustrated by Lynch himself, and although we don’t have much in the way of multiple images, the book’s cover can be seen below.
Now that I think about it, Lynch liking “Anatomy of A Fall” isn’t a total stretch. Triet’s film, much like Lynch’s own works, explores primal fears of deformity, control, and the unpredictability of life itself.
If you want to order a copy of the book, which has the screenplay written in the film’s original French language, then you can find it right here. On a side note, I’m hearing Triet will probably be shooting her next film next year — no plot details or casting have been revealed at this time.
