It saddens me to hear that Clint Eastwood’s “Juror#2,” which stars SAG members Toni Collette, Nicholas Hoult and Kiefer Sutherland, has halted production in Georgia.
The film started shooting around three weeks ago. Eastwood chose the wrong time to direct his final film — he’s 93 and time is ticking for him to complete this one.
Yes, Clint is known to have fairly fast shoots, he shot his last one,“Cry Macho,” in just six weeks and 2011’s “J. Edgar” had a 39 day production. Other recent speedy productions of his include “Sully” (5 weeks) and “15:17 to Paris” (5 weeks). This leaves me wondering just how much of “Juror #2” is left to shoot before it goes in the can.
