(Gary Oldman, Melissa Rauch, Meryl Streep, Robert Patrick). Soderbergh’s film is being distributed by Netflix and is slated for an awards season premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Soderbergh hasn’t made Oscar-bait fare since, gosh, 2000’s one-two punch of ‘Erin Brokovich' and 'Traffic.' Soderbergh seems to have shot it with a range of the latest RED digital cameras. The outstanding cast also features Sharon Stone, Alex Pettyfer, David Schwimmer, and Melissa Rauch, among others. Riley Keough.
“The Laundromat” will premiere at the Venice Film Festival on September 1, 2019, and hits Netflix on November 29th.
