Harvey Weinstein is in a deteriorative state. Deadline is reporting that the former Hollywood mogul underwent emergency heart surgery on Monday evening. Apparently, he is in “very rough shape,” and in “critical condition,” an individual close to events told Deadline. Weinstein was scheduled to be back in Manhattan court this week for his second sexual assault trial, after the last one was overturned by an appellate court.
