LOL: Blake Lively Seeks Gag Order Against Justin Baldoni

January 24, 2025 Jordan Ruimy

Here’s Puck’s Matt Belloni tackling the hypocrisy of Blake Lively’s attempts to slap a gag order on Justin Baldoni, and his team:

Regardless of whether you’re Team Blake Lively or Team Justin Baldoni, can we all bow down to the most brazenly hypocritical Hollywood legal maneuver in years? Lively’s lawyers have asked the judge overseeing the unending “It Ends With Us” saga for a gag order to prevent Baldoni attorney Bryan Freedman from speaking to the media. Yes, the same Lively team who initiated this entire public saga by leaking the “smear campaign” story to The New York Times.

Meanwhile, an undeterred Baldoni is set to launch a website containing “all correspondence” with Lively to “quash her claims.” Baldoni is claiming that he has the right to defend himself “with the truth.” He wants total transparency in this battle against Lively.

Earlier in the week, Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman released a video depicting footage of the two actors on the set of “It Ends With Us” — in an effort to refute some of Lively’s claims made in her Dec. 20 sexual harassment complaint against him. He insists he has nothing to do hide and the truth shall prevail.
