Kevin Costner’s $110M ‘Horizon’ is not doing well at the box-office. It’s actually quite frightening how bad things have been going for this one. The $110M film, some of which Costner personally financed, dropped 62% on Friday, and has now fallen to fourth place, behind “Bad Boys: Ride or Die.” Warner Bros. now needs to decide if they’ll release the August sequel on streaming, either day and date with theatrical, or shortly thereafter. At this point, given the commitment that comes in watching the ‘Horizon’ saga, Warners must be thinking that these films would probably find a much larger audience on streaming.
