The Blumhouse supernatural thriller “Night Swim,” the only wide release this weekend, is set to open in the $10 million range, per Variety. Budgeted at $15 million, it’s a good start for the film, but it will have to deal with bad reviews to its name as “Night Swim,” which barely screened for press, has a 25% on Rotten Tomatoes. Based on an acclaimed 2014 short film, the film, which stars Kerry Condon and Wyatt Russell, deals with a family tortured by their haunted backyard swimming pool.
