In addition to Oscar nominated DP Lukasz Zal (“Cold War”, “Ida”) lensing Jonathan Glazer’s “The Zone of Interest,” we can now add another talented collaborator to the fray.
It’s been revealed that composer Mica Levi was in charge of scoring Glazer’s film. Levi partnered with Glazer in his 2013 film “Under the Skin.” It was her first major film score and it delivered, in unimaginably brilliant fashion.
Glazer shot the Holocaust drama in Auschwitz, Poland. The film is said be a challenging and original work. It will be premiering at the Cannes Film Festival next month.
