Rian Johnson — who is currently working on a third “Knives Out” movie for Netflix — says he has a draft of what the next story will be. “It’s coming along,” he tells The Wrap. “I obviously couldn’t work during the strike, and now that it’s over, I’m diving in full force. I’ve got the premise, I’ve got the setting, I’ve got what the movie is in my head. It’s just a matter of writing the damn thing.” In March 2021, Netflix had obtained the rights to two ‘Knives Out’ sequels for $450 million; 2022’s ‘Glass Onion’ was the first one.
