If you’re wondering what Alfonso Cuarón might be doing next, or after he completes his Apple+ starring Kevin Kline, then look no further than a movie about Phillip K. Dick.
Charlize Theron is set to star in Cuarón‘s first film since his 2018 critically-acclaimed “Roma.” Based on the personal life of science-fiction author Phillip K. Dick, “Jane” will tell the relationship between Dick and his twin sister Jane, who died six weeks after birth.
Per the official synopsis: “Jane” is a “moving, suspenseful and darkly humorous story about a woman’s unique relationship with her brilliant, but troubled twin, who also happens to be the celebrated novelist Philip K. Dick. While attempting to rescue her brother from predicaments both real and imagined, Jane plunges deeper and deeper into a fascinating world of his creation.”
Cuarón is the director of such masterworks as “Roma,” “Y Tu Mama Tambien” and “Children of Men.”
