The first three months of the 2022 movie year have been pretty horrid. That stops, for at least a moment, today with the release of Justin Kurzel’s “Nitram,” The Daniels’ “Everything Everywhere All At Once,” and Richard Linklater’s “Apollo 10 1/2.”
Most definitely check these three titles out, the Linklater is now available to stream on Netflix so you don’t even have to get out of the house. The other two are in theaters.
Looking ahead at the April movie schedule, there’s also an April 11th release of Daniel Roher’s “Navalny” — a documentary about Putin’s poisoning of his political opponent that stands a good chance at getting a Best Documentary nom come next year’s Oscars.
Things are looking up.
