Even though “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny” has already been dated and even released a trailer, it might be going through some significant reshoots.
According to an Italian website, composer John Williams let it slip that filming hasn’t actually been completed yet, and that the ending is being rewritten.
Williams composed the score for ‘Indiana Jones 5,’ which is supposed to be the final one of his career and he made these peculiar comments during a speech at the famous La Scala theater in Milan to promote his work.
It’s not really clear what is going on here. It does more or less confirm the rumors that a handful of different endings had been shot and are being shown to test audiences. In one, Indy dies but not before handing over his bullwhip to Phoebe Waller-Bridges’ character.
