There has been confirmation that “No Time To Die” (10.08.21) runs for two hours and 43 minutes (via IndieWire). The 163 minute runtime makes it the longest Bond movie ever. The previous winner of this title was “Spectre” (148 minutes). I had heard early last February that the film would be two hours and 55 minutes in length, so a trim clearly happened these last 17 or so months — the ship has been tightened, so to speak, by editors Tom Cross and Elliot Graham. Regardless, I’m set to watch the film next Wednesday (and will hopefully report back the night of).
