“Hush” director Mike Flanagan has issued a warning to moviegoers for his upcoming sequel to “The Shining,” you may want to substitute that large soda you usually order for a smaller size.
That’s what Flanagan just tweeted about “Doctor Sleep,” which, according to AMC Theaters, has been confirmed to have a runtime of 152 minutes. This makes “Sleep” longer than Stanley Kubrick’s “The Shining” (146 minutes).
We’re actually a little more intrigued now by this film. Let’s hope Flanagan takes full advantage of the creative freedom given to him by the WB when “Doctor Sleep” hits theaters nationwide on Friday, November 8th.
