Lucasfilm has not escaped the tumultuous wrath that is “Solo: A Star Wars Story,” its memorial weekend numbers were not impressive, at all. According to projections, the new “Star Wars” prequel barely made $100 million over the course of its four-day weekend, its three-day gross was an abysmal $83 million over three days. Should we call a film that opens with these kinds of numbers a "bomb"? Its budget of $300 million, much of it used for reshoots, is what makes me use the "B" word. Is Kathy Kennedy in trouble now? Who knows, but fans are not happy.
