Margot Robbie has joined the cast of Quentin Tarantino’s next film, “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.”
Deadline has reported that Robbie is currently finalizing negotiations and will play actress Sharon Tate in the film, whom, at the time of her gruesome death in the hands of Charles Manson's cult, was Roman Polanski's wife.
“I, Tonya,” has no doubt elevated Robbie's career into the stratosphere, what with the Best Actress Oscar nom she received for her portrayal of disgraced figure skater Tonya Harding.
Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio are part of the cast of ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,’ which will follow Rick Dalton, played by DiCaprio and his stunt double, played by Pitt. The film will have both trying to steamroll their failed Hollywood careers during the summer of love. Tate is supposed to be Dalton's neighbor.
The film will start its shoot this summer, with a 2019 release date expected to happen.
