It'll be interesting to see what David Leitch can do with Deadpool. The departure of Tim Miller really hit fans hard and there definitely is the sense of "Can it be repeated?" Miller's reputation has grown ever since that film and a lot of backlash happened with his falling out with Fox. I think we're now all aware about how important he was in making "Deadpool" the film that it was. His voice was all over the film. David Leitch, his replacement, has just come off making "John Wick 2," which had some of the most awe-inspiring action sequences I've seen in ages.
"Deadpool" is set for release sometime in 2018.
